Xianxian Benzhai Dexin Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Benzhai West Village, the hometown of foundry in China. Founded in 2011, our company covers an area of 21,000 square meters with a total investment of over 40 million yuan. We mainly produce building fasteners, gray iron castings, ductile iron castings, and mechanical parts. We are a nationally recognized advanced unit in creating a trustworthy brand.
The company currently has over 200 employees, including 20 technical personnel, possessing strong technical capabilities and complete production equipment. We currently own five 1-ton steel shell furnaces, one 80-ton sand treatment system from Qingdao Tianyida Company, two 418 vertical casting lines from Baoding Kain Company, two casting machines, four shot blasting machines, and seven baghouse dust collectors. Our annual casting production capacity can reach 20,000 tons. Adhering to the development philosophy of "environmental protection first for enterprise prosperity," our company has successively purchased road cleaning machines and dust collectors, striving to contribute more to national environmental protection.
